How long does a typical project take? +
It depends on scope. A digital signage deployment takes 2–4 weeks. A SaaS platform takes 2–4 months. A managed retainer starts immediately. We always provide a detailed timeline in our proposal before you commit.
Do you work with clients outside Chennai? +
Yes. We work remotely with clients across India and internationally — including Malaysia and the Middle East. For hardware installations we coordinate on-site visits as needed.
What is your minimum engagement size? +
For one-time projects, our minimum is around ₹1.5 Lakhs. For monthly retainers, we start at ₹25,000/month. Advisory sessions and architecture reviews can be arranged as fixed-fee engagements.
Do you only work with cinema companies? +
No. Cinema and display technology is our niche, but we work across industries — manufacturing, IT, real estate, military training, and financial services businesses.
What happens after a project is delivered? +
All projects include 45 days of post-launch support as standard. After that, clients move to a monthly support retainer. We’ve maintained long-term relationships with most of our clients for years after initial delivery.
How do payments work? +
Milestone-based payments for fixed-scope projects — typically 50–60% advance on PO, balance on delivery. Retainer clients pay monthly in advance. All invoices are GST-compliant.
Can you take over an existing project? +
Yes, we do this regularly. We start with an architecture review, document what exists, identify risks, then either extend or rebuild from a stable foundation. We will be honest with you about what we find.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a standard part of every engagement. We are happy to sign your NDA before any detailed discussion begins.
