We operate the website yasdasystems.com and are the Data Fiduciary for all personal data collected through it, as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.

We are not an advertising business. We are a technology consulting firm. Your data has no commercial value to us beyond enabling us to respond to your enquiry.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• With your consent — if you explicitly ask us to share your information with a partner or third party in connection with your project.
• Legal obligation — if we are required to disclose your data by applicable Indian law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance.

We do not use third-party CRM platforms, marketing tools, or data brokers that would have access to your submitted information.

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Enquiries that did not result in a project — up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, after which your data is deleted from our records.
• Enquiries that resulted in an active project or contract — for the duration of the project and up to 7 years thereafter, as required under Indian contract and tax law.
• WhatsApp or email communications — retained in line with our internal communication retention policy, not to exceed 3 years unless legally required.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7 below).

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, you have the following rights as a Data Principal:

• Right to correction — you may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw consent to processing at any time. This will not affect any processing already done on the basis of consent given.
• Right to grievance redressal — you may raise a grievance with us, and we will respond within 30 days.
• Right to nominate — you may nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your incapacity or death, as provided under DPDPA 2023.
